Meet Brandon, President of The Temple Group, who brings a thoughtful and collaborative approach to every project. With a civil engineering degree from NC State and an Executive MBA from UNC Chapel Hill, he blends technical knowledge with a commitment to lifelong learning. A proud veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps, Brandon served for a decade, where he developed a steady leadership style rooted in service and perseverance.
His professional path has included roles with a multidisciplinary engineering firm and a private developer and builder, giving him well-rounded insight into the development process. Over the years, he’s gained a clear understanding of what it takes to move complex projects forward—ranging from commercial sites to vibrant residential communities.
Outside of work, Brandon enjoys the energy of family life. He’s happily married and the proud dad of two spirited kids who keep things interesting and fun.
Eloni Temple
Eloni Temple brings a rare blend of warmth and operational excellence to every interaction. As Broker-in-Charge of The Temple Group, she guides clients through some of life’s most meaningful transitions, whether finding the ideal home or selling one filled with memories.
With more than 13 years of experience as a Broker, including her time as Chief Operating Officer of a multimillion-dollar luxury firm, Eloni understands both the business and the human sides of the industry. Her clients appreciate her thoughtful communication, strong attention to detail, and calm confidence, qualities which make the process feel less overwhelming and more empowering.
She graduated summa cum laude from Pace University and pursued graduate studies in Psychology at Iona College and NC State, deepening her relational insights.
She’s a devoted wife and mom who finds joy in the little things, especially time spent outdoors with her adventurous family. Her fusion of professional know-how and genuine care makes her a trusted guide for anyone navigating the path to home.
