Brandon Temple
Meet Brandon, President of The Temple Group, who brings a friendly and accomplished spirit to the team. With a civil engineering degree from NC State and in current pursuit of an executive MBA at UNC, Brandon combines technical expertise with a passion for continuous learning. Humbly serving in the Marine Corps for a decade, Brandon's strong leadership skills and knack for getting things done shine through. Brandon’s career journey led him to work with a multidisciplinary engineering firm and later, a private developer and builder. Over the years he has discerned precisely what it takes to advance diverse development projects, ranging from commercial ventures to the creation of residential single-family and townhome communities. Outside of work, Brandon finds joy in boisterous family life, being happily married and a proud parent to two energetic children.
Eloni Temple
Behind the scenes, organizational structure, clear processes, and effective scheduling are key elements to keep any project on track. Eloni Temple is a seasoned master at managing operations by continuously connecting strategic goals to daily work flow. Her focus lies in growing productive working relationships, which serve as the bedrock for success in any endeavor. Eloni graduated summa cum laude from Pace University followed by postgraduate study in Psychology at Iona College and NC State. She has been a licensed North Carolina Real Estate Broker specializing in lifestyle and luxury properties for 12 years. Nevertheless, her most cherished role is wife and mother, relishing as much time as possible exploring the outdoors with her raucous family.
